The Conference will take place at the Pierre Baudis Congress Centre located in Toulouse’s city center on the edge of the Compans-Caffarelli park.
Situated 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes by foot from the Capitole square, it can be reached easily by car or on foot with public transport. More information on access can be found below:

BY PLANE
Toulouse Blagnac International Airport located 20/25 minutes from city centre.

- Airport Shuttle
- The airport shuttle connects Toulouse Blagnac Airport with the city center every 15 minutes.
- The travel time is between 12 and 20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
- Get off at the 2nd stop: Compans Caffarelli. The conference center is located right across the street from the stop.
- The fare is 9.50€, and tickets can be purchased on the bus with cash or a credit card.
- By taxi the cost is about 40€
- By rideshare service, the UBER and BOLT apps make it easy to find a vehicle for around 20€
BY CAR
Toulouse is connected directly by motorway with the main capitals of North and South Europe. The Paris-Bordeaux-Montpellier motorway is at the junction of the highway.
Underground parking is available at the “Compans Caffarelli” parking garage near the Palais des Congrès. It is possible to book and prepay directly on the website.
BY TRAIN
Take train to the SNCF Toulouse Matabiau station
Toulouse is 5 hours and 30 min from Paris by high-speed train, 2 hours from Montpellier, and 2 hours from Bordeaux.
From the Train Station:
- Bus 14 runs every 13 minutes at most (ticket 1.80€ at the counter or on the bus).
- Airport shuttle, 9.50€
- Metro line A direction “Basso Cambo”, change at” Jean Jaurès station, then take line B direction “Borderouge”, get off at “Compans Caffarelli” stop. (ticket 1.80€ at the counter)
