An array of materials, presentations, and workshops are being developed to support learning about the NIDCAP approach to individualized, developmentally supportive, and family-centered care of infants and their families in NICUs. In addition, there will be materials related to supporting staff in the NICU and supporting transitions to home and community. These are based on the theoretical foundation of NIDCAP work, the Synactive Theory of development (Als, 1982), research evidence and best practice. This page will highlight materials as they become available.
