One Day Conference

The NFI is proud to present an open, one day conference on the last day of the 37th Annual NIDCAP Trainers Meeting. The One Day conference is open to all interested in learning about NIDCAP Care. NIDCAP Trainers, Professionals and Supporters of NIDCAP Care from around the world will convene to discuss issues around optimizing preterm and term infant care with the NIDCAP approach.

Continuing education credits will be available for RNs.

The conference will be online only.  We look forward to seeing you!

Open Day Program

Zoom Events
Platform

The online experience for all attendees will include:

  • Centralized Lobby: Explore meeting schedule and access session materials and speaker bios before sessions begin.
  • Networking: Connect with other attendees in chat spaces
  • Translation: Select your own language for real-time caption translation.
  • Sponsor Hall: Visit exhibitor booths and meet sponsor representatives.
  • Recordings: Recorded sessions will be viewable within an hour of the close of each session.
  • Post-Meeting Access: All recorded sessions available to registrants through 31 December 2026.

If registered for the meeting be sure that you do the following:

  • Use Your Personal Link: You will receive a separate confirmation email in the coming days that will contain your individual, unique link to join.
    Do not share this link, as it is tied to your registration and can only be used by one person.
  • Update Your Zoom App: Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the Zoom Desktop Client or Mobile App. Older versions may cause compatibility issues with Zoom Events interactive features.
  • Match Your Email: When logging into the Zoom app to join, make sure you are signed into the exact same email address you used to register for this event.
  • Join Early: Since this is a collaborative Meeting format, please arrive a few minutes early to test your camera and microphone.
  • Account: Basic, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education Zoom account.
  • Software: Up-to-date Zoom desktop or mobile app.
  • Network: Stable internet connection (wired or strong Wi-Fi).
  • Hardware: Working microphone and speakers/headsets.

Registration Rate includes access to live presentations via Zoom, opportunity to connect and network with colleagues via online ‘Chat’, online materials, Certificate of Attendance, CEUs (for RNs).

  • If you registered for the full trainers meeting, you do not need to register for the Open Day.

Cancellation Policy

A refund will be made upon written request through August 13, 2026; however, $35 will be retained for administrative costs. No refunds will be made after August 13, 2026. We reserve the right to cancel the program if necessary. Registration fees will be refunded in full for canceled programs.
