Twenty years ago, the NIDCAP Federation International (NFI) was founded as a membership and educational certifying non-profit organization (501c3)

Our international community has now grown to include over 3,000 clinicians, educators, researchers, families and students

The NFI continues to evolve, and to oversee, develop and support NIDCAP and its caregiving and training approach

We will introduce many new people to NIDCAP, the NFI, and the work that we do and its critical importance, increasing our membership and raising funds along the way.

The funds raised will help develop educational and training resources for our new online NFI Learning Center.

The NFI offers several membership opportunities… Membership

Members are encouraged to get involved in a committee. The NFI’s efforts, overseen by the Board of Directors, are distributed across four major committees: Program, Governance, Advancement and Finance, and three Advisory Councils.
